Returns can be made within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

We can provide you with a return label, facilitated by DHL EXPRESS; the price of which will be deducted from your refund total. See shipping fees below for further information. 

 

Alternatively, you can select your preferred method of shipping at your own expense. This must be a tracked shipping service - if we do not receive your package and you cannot provide a tracking number, we will not be able to process your return. 

 

To request a return, please send an email to: returns@lanoral.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please be sure to include:

• Your order number

• Your address

• Which products you’d like to return and the reason

• Your preferred method of return 

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 
 

Upon receipt of an email confirming your return has been processed, the items must be returned within 7 days. Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days of receiving your return.

 

We do not currently offer exchanges. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Returned items must be unworn, unmarked and in their original condition with all labels still intact. This means that caution must be taken whilst trying on the items. We will not accept any items that are damaged or have make-up, products or scent on them. You must include ALL items in your return including labels and packaging. 

 

If your items are not in their original condition, we will not accept your return. We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the criteria.

 

If you do not contact us regarding your return within 14 days of your delivery date, your return will not be accepted. 

 

FAULTY / MISSING ITEMS

 

In the event that you receive a faulty item or have items missing from your order, please contact returns@lanoral.com. 

 

Please keep all labels intact and contact us as soon as possible. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to inform us of missing or faulty items, failure to do so means we will not be able to resolve the issue. 

 

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response with details on how to proceed.
