ORDER PROCESSING TIME

 

We provide next day delivery for our UK customers using DHL Express: Orders placed before 3PM GMT Monday - Friday will be processed and sent on the same day using DHL Express, provided all security checks are passed. 

 

Orders placed after 3PM GMT will be processed and sent the following day.  Orders processed after 3PM GMT on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

 

If further security checks are required, we won’t be able to finish processing your order until the requested information is provided. 

 

Once your order has been processed, shipping will take up to 24 hours on weekdays. Please bear in mind that packages are not delivered on weekends. 

 

Please ensure that you have the correct items in the correct sizes in your basket before checking out and that your details are correct, as this cannot be changed once your order is placed. 

 

Our shipping providers are DHL EXPRESS. Please see delivery fees below.

 

UK shipping - £8.85

International shipping will be calculated at checkout.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

 

We do not bear any responsibility for additional shipping charges incurred, including import taxes and customs. Please research your country’s shipping terms before placing your order in order to avoid unexpected charges.

 

In the event that the customer refuses the package, they will be liable for the initial shipping costs, any applicable import duties or taxes, and the expense of returning the order parcel to our warehouse. Once the shipment has been received at the warehouse, this sum will be deducted from the refund for your order.
